By using any area of JustCoverItUp.Com , user or users agree to abide by the terms set forth hereon.

Limitation Of Liability
User agree that the purchase, and use of any product from Just Cover It Up , is solely the Customers
decision, and do not hold Just Cover It Up, and any Person associated with Just Cover It Up ,
responsible for the use, or misuse of said Products. In agreeing to puchase Products from
Just Cover It Up , you agree to the terms of use set forth in this agreement.

You the Customer agree to never use a Cover, or (any item) purchased for use from Just Cover It Up ,
on any appliance or machinery while appliance or machinery is on, or plugged into an electrical outlet,
and if a party does not hold up this agreement and use said product listed above, (and items not listed)
while appliance or machinery is on, you the Customer agree to not hold Just Cover It Up, or any Person
associated with Just Cover It Up, liable or responsible for any damage incurred from the use, (or misuse)
of said Products listed above, (and items not listed) , or any Product sold by Just Cover It Up.

JustCoverItUp.Com, Reserves The Right To Limit Quantities Sold.
Order Changes And Cancellations
To Change or Cancel Order you must contact Just Cover It Up immediately, or at least within (3) Business Days.

Limited Warranty
We offer a limited five year warranty on Air Conditioner Covers only.
Air Conditioner Covers, Tablecloths, Table Covers, and Bedding are constructed to be free of any defects
in material and workmanship. If our product is found to be defective you must return it for inspection,
along with proof of purchase, in order for Just It Cover It Up to issue a replacement of equal value.

Warranty Does Not Apply To ....... . defects caused by normal wear of materials, or misuse of said
products by Customer. (No other warranty is expressed or implied.)

All Michigan Orders will incur a 6% Sales Tax unless you have SalesTax Exempt Status .
For Sales Tax Exmeption you must Fax us a Signed Sales Tax Exempt Form with Sales Tax ID Number
included and we will adjust your invoice.
