Our e-commerce store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be
delivered to addresses within the state of Michigan. For orders shipped to other states, the customer is
solely responsible for all sales taxes or use taxes applicable to your state. 

If you are a business entity within Michigan and need a sales tax exemption for your order you must
contact us, and we will help you place your order by phone or email.

When Purchasing An Item
When purchasing an item on JustCoverItUp.Com website, (or via our Phone Lines), you are agreeing to
our company (Just Cover It Up) Terms & Agreements.  You also agree to not hold (Just Cover It Up),
responsible for the misuse of any said product(s) purchased from us. When you verbally by phone, or
electronically purchase an item from us, you agree to use the said item(s) in the manner in which it was
intended. You also agree when you purchased said item(s), you were fully aware of the items intended
end use. 

Any item sold by Just Cover It Up, is not to be used on any machinery / electrical appliances, while
in use.  It you purchase an item for use on machinery / electrical appliances, you agree to use at
your own risk, being solely aware of these terms and conditions.  We cannot be held responsible
for any damaged to an item(s) incurred while covered by our product.  We reserve the right to make
any changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not solidify our acceptance of
your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.  Just Cover It Up,  reserves the
right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.  Such said
means may be, out of stock fabric, order information not clear, or etc.  We will notify the customer of
any intentions of an order rejection as soon as possible, via phone or email. 

You are entitled to cancel your order (within 24 hours), however we no longer accept returns due to all
orders being custom made. There are absolutely no refunds, returns, exchanges, or take backs allowed.
We will do everything within our power to rectify the problem with your order, but you must provide us
with the correct information when placing your order.

We ship packages via FedEx Delivery Service, and occasionally United States Postal Service, for some
special orders and free shipping offers.  All online shipping cost are calculated by delivery zip code, and in
real time rates provided by the shipping carrier(s).

*We ship within the 50 United States only. This excludes Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands.
*We do not ship to Canada or internationally at this time.

We cannot guarantee when an item will arrive. Please consider any shipping, or transit time offered to you by,
Just Cover It Up, or other parties, only as an estimate.  Due to all items being custom made we (do not offer)
next day air service. We encourage customers to order in a timely manner if you need an order by a certain
date.  Occasionally delays may incur because of product availability, or production time. The customer will be
notified of any delays due to production time or fabric shortages.

We offer promotional Free Shipping from time to time.  We reserve the right to ship orders using the delivery
service of our choice, and to end our Free Shipping promotion at any time beyond our posted end date.
Free Shipping ends at midnight Pacific Standard Time on the stated end date on our website.

Custom Cut Orders:  All orders are custom cut and made for the Customer, and ship from our workshop.
Regular orders usually ship within 15 business days of the order being placed. Weekend days and holidays
are excluded. Larger custom orders may take longer, up to 6 weeks to ship, depending on quantities ordered. 
If there is a back order on materials that may cause a delay in shipping, the customer will be notified by email
or telephone. Please check your email and spam box for any email communication we may have sent.
Orders are normally not processed on Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. 

We reserve the right to require longer shipping time frames for large orders. Large orders may take up
to (6) weeks depending on quantities ordered and availability of materials. Productions times for larger orders
may take longer then the normal (15 business days shipping time frame).

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error in pricing information on, , we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order
has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the said
purchase and your order is canceled, our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account
in the amount of the total incorrect price.
